Anyone struggle with shaky hands?

For a while now it's mainly been pins and needles feelings in my hands or like they've been overused and are fatigued.

Lately one hand has been really shaky, a bit like when you know you need sugar(it's not sugars)
It gets really bad precision wise when i pick up a pen and write something down for example.
Wondered if anyone else experiences the same and what you do to manage it? I also have epilepsy so realise that could be at play too

  1. We appreciate your question, Celestialbrain! I hate to hear you've been struggling for quiet some time with the issue of your hands. It can be frustrating and extremely difficult trying to navigate throughout your daily routine while also trying to find the answers to what you're experiencing. As I thought about your symptom in question and as you wait for others to chime in, it made me think of a possible reason behind this which is called Tremors. Tremors from MS are when a body part moves, jerks, twitches, or shakes and you can’t control it. At the moment, there's no cure or medications for tremors, however, therapy can help. I have included a link to one of our articles that goes over this a bit more in depth for your reading- https://multiplesclerosis.net/living-with-ms/tremors-arm. At best, it is always recommended to speak with your doctor about what you're experiencing to see what the best plan of treatment would be for you. If you have any additional questions after reading the article please feel free to reach out! Wishing you all the best, Latoya (Team Member)
