Mini-tramps/rebounders?

I try to walk most days and I am doing exercises for core, arms, and hips.

I tried a Peloton but my right leg just gives out after maybe 10 min and it is very hard to cycle with one leg. That was an expensive mistake - I should have tried one first before buying one, but it was COVID, and all the gyms were closed.

So now I've sold the Peloton and I'm reading that rebounders or mini-tramps can be good exercise for MS. I assume it is mostly for balance? but I really don't know.

I have found a PT who (claims to) specialize in MS and will be making an appointment for mid-January, when we get back from a trip. So I will ask her.

Meanwhile, I was wondering if anyone here has tried a mini-tramp/rebounder and if so, what results, if any, did you have?

Thanks so much!
