"Working full time and trying to raise a kiddo... makes having MS very difficult. Today he woke up at 4:30 am. I got up with him. Now I'm falling asleep at my desk. I don't think it's narcolepsy, because I don't have cataplexy when I'm startled, but I certainly have nodded off without knowing it. I've even fallen asleep while working and typed 'witch fingers' for some reason. (lol) More than once my head has actually jerked forward, or my eyes have closed, or I have a sleep jerk in my arm - right in the middle of trying to actually work on something. "
