"My right armpit and part of my upper arm has been numb to light touch for over a month. I’ve also had debilitating fatigue. I saw a neurologist who took three MRIs (brain, cervical, and thoracic) which came back normal for a person my age. The neurologist said she didn’t know what was wrong, so I made an appointment with a different neurologist for a second opinion. My appointment with him is two weeks from now. The area of numbness on my arm is shrinking and my fatigue seems slightly better. (With 12 hours of sleep and several cups of coffee, I can function almost normally for four or five hours.) What do I do now? Do I keep my appointment? I also have essential tremor and Raynauds. I thought these might be related Now I don’t know. What am I supposed to say to this new neurologist if I have clear MRIs and no (or waning) symptoms. Thank you for any help. "
