"Sometimes, like a caged , depressed animal. I have two boys who I feel Im cheating out of fun outdoor activity. I’ve had to leave buildings because they’re too hot with the kids. As well as sit down ,drink excess water and stay in-shade to cool down when outside. I try to volunteer to keep my sense of value. I keep my fingers crossed that I make it through each outing. Staying positive is hard when you feel judged for both what you can and cant do. Heat and humidity are draining snd bring on those blinking light migraines.
But being inside so much sparks the depression. So we keep up a facade and keep plugging away. "
