"Today, I am tired. Partially my fault, I decide to go apple picking with my daughter. It is an annual ritual done yearly on Columbus Day. The problem was that I woke up tired. It was a rough MS week. I pushed myself and went with her. I was happy to be there but the fatigue was horrible. My daughter, God Bless her, held my arm as we walked back to the car. I with my cane hanging on praying I would not fall. I have RRMS, but I truly believe SPMS. I was diagnosed in March 1998. It was invisible in the first few years but as of last year, I have to use a cane. I feel depressed for the things I wish I can do. I do try every day and I keep myself active by working. I do feel at times that I am trying too much, and I should just stop. "
