"I have hit a rough patch. All of a sudden, I am unable to stand up much less walk. It just doesn't make sense. For such a long time, I felt almost normal,l being able to walk to grocery, bus stop to go to, work and church. Then, I used my cane for a very short time to do what I was doing before. Then, one morning, I woke up, got out of bed and had to grab walls to stand up. I am so upset that I can't walk at all anymore. I try to push a walker around the apartment, but I can't do anything outside without somebody holding me up and trying to get me to walk. "
