Is constipation and IBS common among RRMS sufferers?

  1. I have had that problem, and I believe that Kim Dolce has written about her struggle with IBS on this site.

    1. I have had chronic constipation for years and was diagnosed with IBS. When I was diagnosed with MS 2 1/2 years ago my Neuro asked if I had problems with constipation. So I would think it is a common problem.

      1. I had problems that kept me home until noon due to irregularity and worry I would be away from a bathroom if had a sudden need. I had some tests done and my doctor found no diagnosis or answer. I learned of a dietary supplement called Vital Reds. I ordered one jar to try and knew I had found my answer. It is a berry based powder you mix with liquid and drink daily. 1 jar lasts a month. I've used it daily for months and have no more prob lems, and even go to water exercise several mornings a week without worry or incident.
I order it through Gundry MD and am happy with it and plan to use it for the rest of my life.
