Could This Be MS?

Susceptibility, axial T1 enhanced, coronal T1 enhanced and axial DWI. Contrast: 9 ml Gadavist IV.

FINDINGS: There is a stable focus of increased T2 signal intensity involving the right periarterial white matter. No evidence of new or enlarging white matter lesions is identified. No evidence of acute infarction, intracranial hemorrhage or mass. There is no evidence of obstructive hydrocephalus or extra-axial fluid collection. No focal mass effect or midline shift. Postcontrast sequences are without abnormal enhancement. Orbits, paranasal sinuses, midline anatomic structures, and craniocervical junction are unremarkable. The proximal vasculature appears to be patent.
