finding out and learning to live with MS

I was 25 when I found out that I have MS. I spent about 3days in the hospital had all kinds of tests from bone marrow test to blood work Then they told me that I have Progressive MS. Really didn't have any idea what it was I just knew that I didn't like it.  Half my body was numb and I was kind of confused about what I was going up against. To be honest I still am almost 4 years later. No to be honest since then I have had relapse after relapse have gotten worse and have got better. And right now I seem to be staying at a happy medium finally for now but I have tried a lot of different treatments and medicines. The one thing I found out though is you are pretty much what you eat - Determines how you will feel. Live healthy Eat healthy Feel healthy.
