Hi Sue! Starting any new medication can be daunting and I think your concerns are very normal. We have quite a bit of information on our site about infusions and, specifically, Ocrevus. Here’s some detailed information on the first infusion of Ocrevus, as one of our contributors experienced it — https://multiplesclerosis.net/living-with-ms/first-ocrevus-infusion/. Here is a positive story about Ocrevus — https://multiplesclerosis.net/living-with-ms/ocrevus-patients-story/. And here is a member’s story about starting Ocrevus — https://multiplesclerosis.net/stories/my-ocrevus-toe-dip/. I hope this information offers you some peace of mind. Of course, as I am sure you already know, every person responds uniquely to treatment and what works for one person may not work as well for another. I hope Ocrevus is a good fit for you! Keep us posted on how you are doing, if you feel comfortable doing so. Best, Erin, MultipleSclerosis.net Team Member.
