The Power of Positive Thinking

I was diagnosed December 2007.

The first year or so was extremely tough. Depression got the best of me. Eight months before being diagnosed I met my now wife.

My wife Allison has been my angel in disguise. She has basically been my back bone. After feeling sorry for myself for that first year or so, I finally realized that my life had to move on.

I made a decision to start looking at the positive side of everything in my life. Doing that made a huge difference in my life. The power of "positive thinking" is a wonderful thing.

Applying this to every aspect of my life has made a huge difference in my day to day struggles. I am now a very happy person who happens to have MS.
