Extavia DMT mixject trans device

I have notice a change the vial bigger than mix-ject tans device. I press down to make sure it is connected to the vial to mix and transfer solution to the vial. IT NOT A GOOD AIR TIGHT CONNECTION causing air bubbles and leaks when mixing. I have call Navartis they just sent me out replacements but I have the same problem.

My question is: Have you experience the same issue ?
