I cycle with MS and currently use a towel with ice in it wrapped around my neck to keep my core temperature down. Riding in the abnormally high heats in Florida has been a huge challenge this summer. #CoolDownMS
@I was diagnosed RRMS and have recently been told I have Secondary RRMS. The heat affects me by making me weak, fatigue, and sleepy for days. I physically can't do anything. The only thing to help is to sleep.
Heat causes me to lose vision in my right eye and my hands and feet to go numb #CoolDownMS.
