Copaxone

I have just been diagnosed with RRMS. Evidently I have had it many years and at the ripe age of 68 it has just been found. I consider that a blessing. My question is who else is on Copaxone and what is your opinion? I will be giving myself injections 3 times a week of the 40mg with an auto injector. Thanks for any help.

  1. Hi I’ve been on copaxone for nearly 2 years after having to stop Tecfidera due to low lymphocytes. Honestly no problems. Don’t use the auto inject, prefer to do it myself . Just use a fleshy area and it’s virtually pain free

    1. Thank you so much. I have watched training videos and the felt like it was easier to self inject but not sure yet. Waiting on authorization for medication.

  2. Do what suits you best . I work in healthcare so possibly more comfortable with doing injections . Needle is very small though. Good luck

    1. I have used Enbrel auto injections for my RA in the past and have given diabetic meds thru injections to a friend in the past. If that need is small, I may do self injections.

  3. I’m sure you won’t have any issues
