DNA (DS) Antibody Test?

So my Neurologist had me get a TON of blood work done and I just received them this morning. My Double Stranded DNA Antibody test came back as 'intermediate' and idk what that means. I googled it and it said it means you most likely have an autoimmune disease and there was a list of some autoimmune diseases that could cause it but I was tested for 3/4 of them and they were negative. The only other one is Lupus(I guess that's the one it usually is) but I don't have symptoms consistent with Lupus. Could it also point to MS since it is also an autoimmune disease? I had quite a few antibody tests and they all came back normal, so I don't know.
