Hello! So first the most obvious, drinking more water! Frequent sips throughout the day. So just always carry a water bottle around and mindlessly sip at It. Second, decrease the amount of caffeine that you consume. Any diuretics will just make dry mouth worse. There are saliva replacement sprays that are meant to help wet your palette. Biotene is a pretty well known moisturizing spray. Reducing the salty foods that you eat, and less sugary drinks as well. The higher the salt or sugar content the worse the dryness can get. Chewing gum can help. And also just staying in a more moist environment, so using a humidifier has helped me alot.
