Multiple sclerosis documentary.

Hi all hope you're doing well. I'm always on the hunt for good m.s videos or films and found this on YouTube I've only watched about 10 minutes of it but so far so good. It's a full 1hr 37 min documentary, it's well shot and it's in English!

Hope it's OK for me to put this on here and hope the link works.

  1. Hi ! Thank you so much for sharing this. I hadn't heard of this documentary yet and am really glad you shared it. I did some research after watching it and it's actually won quite a few awards at a few International Film Festivals. These interviews and testimonials are extremely interesting and poignant. Thank you again for sharing it. I hope you get a chance to watch the whole thing if you haven't yet. I'd be curious to hear your thoughts on it! 🧡 Kayleigh, MultipleSclerosis.net team

    1. Well I finished watching this film tonight, and I felt guilty for eating my chocolate, then later I felt a bit used/ cautious taking my medication! I know I felt healthier when i was eating "clean" a couple of years ago but it is hard to maintain, I also don't think I could stop taking my DMDs just incase... plus my ms nurse once said I wouldn't be seen any more if I did!
It was a good film to watch but did leave me feeling mixed emotions...

      1. You have to achieve a balance between what's best for you physically and what's best for you mentally, , but it is natural for the scales to tip more in one direction or another sometimes, especially when stress is involved. It sounds like you are doing what works best for you right here and now. Best of all wishes! - Lori (Team Member)
