Shingles Vaccine
Has anyone received the shingles vaccine? My mother had such a bad case of shingles that she encouraged me to get the vaccine. However, when I went to my local Walgreens, they would not administer the vaccine because of my MS.
That's true. The shingles vaccine is a live vaccine and it is supposed to do more harm than it benefits. I wanted it last year cause both my mom and best friend have suffered horribly several times but I was emphatically told by 2 neurologists and my immunologist live vaccinations are out.
