After an MS diagnosis, we start out on a journey of navigating life within this new normal. Whether you've been newly diagnosed or find yourself living with MS for quite a few years, the realities of MS symptoms and limitations will always and consistently weigh heavily, even at the most random moments.

Perhaps a reality check can come when using an assistive device for the first time traveling, steering your way through a busy airport. Maybe it's when your speech becomes slower when you're talking to a stranger and your mouth just can't keep up with your brain.
