  1. "When I was building furniture I'm just wanting y'all to know what I'd made💕"Furniture I have built

    1. wow that is fantastic. Beautiful work.

    2. , that's pretty darned amazing! Thanks for sharing. I have not had much luck with woodworking. I know they say, "measure twice, cut once". In my case, it's, "Measure twice, cut wrong, swear. Measure again, get confused, cut wrong again. Swear. Cut self by accident, chuck wood at the wall. Go inside and have a drink and take a nap." Slight exaggeration, but you get the idea. You're very talented!

  2. "I've learned how to (safely) repel off the top of some pretty tall rocks!😁 Thank God, I've gotten some of my balance back!"

    1. , yay! I'm so happy for you! I hope you maintain your recovered balance and are able to keep repelling for as long as you want! Best, Erin, MultipleSclerosis.net Team Member.

  3. "This fall is another reminder of my lack of balance..."

    1. Goodness Ashli! Ouch! I'm so sorry you took a tumble and hurt your hand and I sure hope you didn't sustain any other injuries. How are you feeling today? How is your hand doing? Sending you lots of love! Kayleigh, MultipleSclerosis.net team

  4. "I don't feel like leaving my bed. I just want to go back to sleep...not much else to do "

    1. Hi again, @AshliFaith! I think most people with MS have days like that. Do you feel this way everyday or just once in a while? I hope tomorrow is a better day. Hugs! - Lori (Team Member)

    2. Every stinkin' day...

    3. Hi @AshliFaith. As I am sure you know, depression is very common for people with chronic illness and especially for people with MS. It is a symptom, just like any other symptom, and should be treated as one, even if you only experience it when you are starting your day. Have you considered seeing a therapist who specializes in chronic illnesses? Depression causes stress and stress makes symptoms worse. If you can alleviate the depression, you might feel better overall. It's worth a shot. My kids have all seen therapists at some point for help in dealing with their high anxiety. They are much happier because of it. Warmest of wishes! - Lori (Team Member)

    4. Hi @AshliFaith! From this status update, it sounded like depression was keeping you in bed, but I see from today's update, that you are experience constant fatigue. So I apologize if I made a wrong assumption there. Many people with MS see a therapist regularly even if they are not experiencing current mental health symptoms simply because the social and psychological impact of MS can be so overwhelming. I am glad to hear you are feeling a but better today. I hope the fatigue was temporary. Best wishes! - Lori (team Member)

    5. I'm sorry for taking so long to respond to your comment. I do appreciate what you've said but I've been to a shrink before...& there wasn't anything I felt I could use & apply to my life. It's been 16 years since the last time I went to one & I'm not about to go again. It's a good thing for others who'll benefit from seeing a therapist. But what I'm doing right now, me talking with others that have been diagnosed with ms, is the only kind of therapy I'm seeking.

    6. Hi ! I am so sorry that I misunderstood. I replied after seeing your first status update, and then realized fatigue was the issue, not depression, after the second status update. Therapy is not for everyone and not all therapists are created equal. I hope you have more energy than when you posted initially. Thinking of you! - Lori (Team Member)

    7. I was wanting to send you a message but this was the only way I knew how to get one through to you🤷‍♀️!
I'm just wanting to know how I can post a personal article about my recent changes of my M.S. on this website.
I'd really appreciate it if you can help me figure this out 😁

      Much obliged to you, Lori,
      AshliFaith 💕
