"We recently moved south and the hot and humid temps kept me indoors for most of the summer. I hate being indoors when the birds and flowers are looking and sounding so beautiful! We moved south to escape winter. I the humidity wouldn't completely fry me and my stamina! And cognition, weakness, numbness, and fatigue. Help!"
