"I hurt everywhere. Not every day, but most. I wake up in the night with muscle spasms that lasts for about 15 minutes. My feet will curl inwards and the spasm will be so strong my foot arches. The pain is unbearable. I want to cry. I am not weak, so if I get to that point, I am in a lot of pain. I take Tizanidine to relax the muscle but it doesn't work very well. My left leg catches on everything since 1996. Sometimes, it makes me fall. It's quite embarrassing if you are in a public place. "
I can hear how difficult this is for you. The pain sounds incredibly uncomfortable. If the Tizanidine is not helping you, I would definitely encourage you to reach out to your doctor and see if they can find a better option for you. I really hope you can get relief.
