. I'm so sorry. I hate when a random fall or klutziness (I'm a klutz; I'm not suggesting you are) throws a wrench into one's day/week/month. I know what it's like when you feel the consequences of a momentary lapse in balance for days afterwards. I hope that's not the case for you!

Best, Erin, Team Member., I was stepping up two small steps to my front porch, and just lost balance. I remember taking steps back to try to catch myself, and then went down. You know how in the movies someone is holding a video camera and they fall, and they show it from the cameras point of view? That's kinda how things looked for me. Now, my back is feeling every inch of that fall. Ouch,
! That does sound painful. I hate this happened to you. What are you doing for the pain? -Latoya (Team Member) , I'm having to just tough it out. The only thing I can take is Tylenol because I take blood thinners for blood clots as well. I talked to the doctors office this morning, and they said if I'm not doing any better by Monday, I should call and get an appointment and get it checked out. I’m glad you reached out to your doctor and have a plan in place. Hopefully the Tylenol helps a bit, and if not, at least you know you have Monday set to get checked out.
