"Summer heat was the main factor in determining my MS diagnosis in 2015. When im in heat for to long my feet and hands go numb and i get severe fatigue. Before my diagnosis I use to think it was extreme dehydration and would go to the hospital and they would give me IV fluids. Heat has been my worst enemy and limits me at work and my social life. #CoolDownMS"
