A Blurry Review Mirror

I’m a white male, soon to be 68 years old, and have had ms for almost 40 years.
Enough of the war story.
It doesn't matter how old you are, your sex, or age, or how long you’ve had ms…one day with the diagnosis changes your life forever. FOREVER.
So right now, make yourself a promise to take that trip, how big or small, or call a friend, or eat your favorite snack, or go walking, or make love with your partner, or hundreds of other things.
MS does not wait…don’t you.
Love to all.
