MS is Not Fatal... I Know Right!

We have been told by physicians that multiple sclerosis (MS) is not fatal. It has been described as nonfatal in scientific research. Is it semantics? Fatality is an occurrence of death from disease. MS is a disease. Conditions associated with multiple sclerosis may include serious breathing problems. MS may cause serious breathing problems. Poor respiration may cause death. Again, is MS truly not fatal?
