Hold on

Hardest thing to change sometimes is my mind... flip flopping between denial, taking care of self and getting ready for worst case scenario. Since I am not MS and it is not me, I have added it to my to do list. Spend time on it as it demands or time allows. I went many years with symptoms and no diagnosis and have adopted a traffic light rhythm.... GO when the light is green, slow when yellow, stop when red- make a list for when green returns lol my body does crazy things,,, now I always ask first- is this MS? don't do surgery on me... don't medicate me for arbitrary symptoms... let my body work it out-- treat the MS first.... the light will change
