Living with Multiple Sclerosis Since 2003

When I was 23 and working as a gunsmith for Keltec, I lost eyesight in my left eye! With that being said, you can just imagine how hard it was to test fire, let alone assemble guns which was impossible because of all the tiny pieces.

I was urged to go to the emergency room

So with that being said, my boss made me go to an eye doctor who then told me to rush to the emergency room for further testing, and after a spinal tap, it was confirmed to be multiple sclerosis!
Because of steroids, or so I was told, I had Avascular necrosis in my hips, so I had them both replaced in 2012.

Where I am now

I have been on Tysabri since 2016, and my neurologist says he is happy with how well I am doing with 138 lesions on my brain and 2 on my spine. I'm just hoping for a cure??
