My Friend

I am in love with someone with MS. She is a health care professional, very aware of her situation, and active in the MS community. She had told me about the Spoon Theory. Your posts help me to understand her better. I found the ones about cog fog and the two hour window useful. I will wear my orange bracelet proudly every March.

Thank you for your post. I hadn’t heard of Spoon theory before and looked it up. It is such a beautiful and easy explanation.
