My MS

I was just diagnosed with MS in February 2013. I was angry and confused and overwhelmed. I didn’t know what I was going to do or who to talk to. I started attending a MS support group in April and now my family joins me in this group. It’s not so overwhelming as it was and I’m thankful for all the resources available to me and to so many others with MS .

Sorry for your news. As bad as you think it is, there are some positive points. First there is a lot more everything now (info, treatment & support) than yrs ago. I hope you take advantage of it. Second, I believe your journey with MS will be greatly affected by your attitude and outlook. Lastly try to be calm. Consider your options. Take action that will help you. Good Luck
