Nasty Tongue

My tongue hurts everyday like needles and pins. I had a tongue biopsy from a ENT DOCTOR and he told me it was from my MS [Autoimmune Disease].
Now 3 years later, the roof of my mouth hurts as well as my throat, The Nuerologist said use seasame seed oil on it. But that doesn't take the pain away at all. What can I do?
