I need help finding a good doctor in the freehold nj area

At the age of 28 I was tested for ms but the doctor stated that the MRI did not show any evidence although I was very symptomatic of ms. Tremors etc, now I am 50 and have every symptom. I fall under the classification of RRMS.

This is debilitating to the 1000 degree. I need to know for sure. I have been told everything from fibromyalgia, lupus, Epstein Barr... I do have osteoarthritis but what is happening to me is far beyond those symptoms.

If anyone knows of a physician they would recommend please message back or tell me somewhere other than the yellow pages to find one.
