   <p>I was visiting my then boyfriend, now husband, in the Philippines where he was stationed in 1989 when the buzzing first started in my legs and arms. When I returned home to California I went to see my chiropractor who treated me for a few weeks with no change in symptoms before he asked, &quot;Have you been tested for MS?&quot; Incensed that he would mention such a thing, I went to my internist and she sent me to a neurosurgeon who eventually ordered an MRI. When I saw him for the results he pointed to the spots in my brain and spinal cord. &quot;These are called scleroses. You have multiple sclerosis.&quot; He wrote down the name of a neurologist and thrust the piece of paper into my hands before getting up and leaving the room. I was 26 years old and newly engaged. July 2019 was 30 years with MS and this October we&#39;ll celebrate 30 yrs of marriage. With a little hard work and a lot of understanding, both are doing fine.</p>

      <p>Thank you for your well wishes. My husband is a true blessing. He’s put up with me for 27years,I think he qualifies for sainthood.</p>

   <p>Mine too. Referred me to my first neurologist that was me back in 1988. My first neurologist told me there be a cure in 3 years to 5 years where is that go, the stockholders of 16 companies. sour 30 plus years ago oh my gosh how time flies</p>
