Something that might help

Good morning, even if you have to play like it is.

First attack 1974.Years of mis-diagnosis! Quite Common, especially in those days. Diag. Finally in 1997. Continued to wok until 2007. Don't know how I did it but, have always been a Tenacious fighter according to my Drs. Stress is my worst enemy and of course cost of meds.

I take Vitamin B-50 every nite. B Vitamins help the nerves talk to each other. Horrible muscle spasms, I use Baclofen and constant stretching. I am still mobile after all these years.

I have 4 more auto-immune diseases! Never give up. My Faith is my biggest Motivator.

May each one of you be Blessed each and every day.
