Stress and MS

Upon my diagnosis in 2004, my mom couldn't handle it. We quit talking for 7 years. We started talking again back in September 2015 due to the death of my aunt.

I was a calm person, but of course, with elderly parents (one who has dementia, my dad); and a narcissistic sister, my stress level went through the roof. I actually had to tell them to stay away for a week.

Anyway, my point is, stress will cause a relapse, I went through 4 in 2 months after that.
Don't be afraid to tell people when you need your space. After all, if you don't take care of you, who will?!
