Is one thing we all understand more than others, I exercise on a stationary bike, do some yoga 3x a day to keep me going. All though fatigue is the main issue just fight!

My eating habits have change to no red meat and gluten free which has helped greatly.

I retired, left, quit, my job for it was starting to be competition to keep up and able to handle things without dropping.

Driving became difficult. I got stopped one night by a cop for he told me I was swerving. I told him the truth I was very tired just coming from work and also I have MS which gives me difficult times. He let me go. Was concerned how far I had to, actually was close to home, You know what they say you always get stopped when close to home.

That is my story for right now.

Bless you all keep fighting!!!!
