Wait, What Just Happened to Annie?

When you are consumed with this so-called life, knee-deep in raising 3 kids, a marriage, a full-time job and a household. And then MS hits you like an 18-wheeler just side-swiped you. Wait, what just happened to Annie?

Why is this happening to me?

I went to work and realized I couldn't see the computer screen. After hours of struggling I told my manager I think I should go to the ER. What is happening to my body, and why is this happening to me? I am only 44 years old and have never had any health issues.

Fighting every day

After an MRI and half of my blood drawn from my body. The M word was now part of my life and my family's world. This was not an unfamiliar disease, because my Best Friend from high school's Mom had passed from this monster disease when we were kids. Now, here I am in denial that I was going to be fighting for the rest of my life on how to be me again. I leave this story with, it's a fight we fight everyday, every second and it will never just go away.
