What I Have Learned About Myself While Dealing with MS

I was diagnosed in November 2020, and like most, my world was turned upside down plus shuck at the same time. How did this happen to me? I'm fairly well and in good health, just overweight (I had to scream for a minute)!!!!!! A month later, I picked myself up to start turning things around. First, eating better, using my exercise bike, and research the disease/ my disability forced upon me. Now it's 2023, 2 years in, and I'm stronger than I imagined and wiser due to experience. I have let go of my source causing my stress. I'm 32 pounds lighter, LIVING MY BEST LIFE surrounded by my family and friends that LOVE me. Fighting MS has gotten easier now I can really tell differences between relapses, flare-ups and anything new that may happen. Prayer heals, Be Blessed all my WARRIORS WE FIGHT TOGETHER 2023 AND 4EVER
