Any help for me to get my electric hookup❤️

I have been waiting 8 years to get my hook up for my wheelchair. I love the outdoors ive been in my wheelchair now since 19 and i need help funding my independance. I have no help and benefits wont help. I used to be a carer for the elderly and people with learning difficulties from 16 to 19 then i got diagnosed i have managed to save for a wheelchair but hills are a killer.. any help and love will be sent your way.
