What is a good diet program for MS that works?

  1. , I'm surprised no one has answered your question yet. So many people with MS are quite passionate about their dietary regimens and eager to spread the word.

Studies about diet are still in the early stages and should yield some revealing results in the near future.

The conventional wisdom is that we will benefit in several ways by eating a healthy diet rich in vegetables, fruit, and whole grains, while limiting our intake of simple carbs and highly-processed, high-sodium prepared foods. Eating for optimal general health gives us a good foundation for times when we are sick or injured.

I hope our readers will share their success stories with you very soon. Best, Kim, moderator
