Motivation is a key ingredient to successful exercise regime. To me exercise has become central to my 40 year battle with MS. Started regular exercise two years ago after purchasing a Bowflex, Max Trainer. It's there in my basement demanding to be used and I use it at least four times a week. The sessions take `15 minutes. I used to be a regular at our pool for a number of years. A thirty minute commute yielded easily to my Bowflex. You just have to look at me to appreciate the kind of success I'm experiencing with a dedicated exercise plan. Good luck to everyone.
