Exercise

I have had MS for 20 years and I find that restorative yoga once a week helps me plus I walk about 6 miles a week. I do stretches but not every day. I’m gentle on my body living with MS is hard enough.

  1. Thanks for sharing your experience with us, ! As challenging as it is living with MS, it's great to hear that you are finding ways to stay active. I haven't tried restorative yoga yet but I have heard many good things about it. I just might have to really look into this now.
