How do you keep cool?

For many of us, it's that time of year again! The season when the temperature and humidity increase to unbearable levels. Many of us with Multiple Sclerosis experience a temporary worsening of our symptoms when our temperatures increase. That makes staying cool a huge priority for us. There are tons of tips for keeping cool out there, but you can always learn something new from others. So, what do you do to stay cool during the warmer seasons?

    2. I'm sorry to say I found a cooling vest useless, it did nothing for me. In very hot weather it stays cool for about 10 min. or so it seems.

      1. Really the heat and humidity get to you. I'm the opposite, those hot humid days I feel much better, it's the extreme cold that bothers me.
