I wanted to share this with others going through the same thing

I’m a musician and was diagnosed in January of 2021 with RRMS.

I play in a band called Fading Chaos with my best friend of 25 years. He wrote the basic skeleton of this song when he found out about my diagnosis and I wrote the lyrics and lead guitar for it. The song is called “Chasing Ghosts” which is what I felt the process leading up to my diagnosis was, chasing a metaphorical ghost.

The lyrics deal with receiving my diagnosis and processing it, dealing with the emotions and questions that we all inevitably ask ourselves.

I wanted to share it with all of you who are going through the same thing as we are all in this together.
