Life Hacks for MS

  1. My calendar and 'reminder' app on my phone w/ alarms really helps me remember the things/tasks that need to be done at certain date/times. I also carry around a small notebook with me just in case, because it can be easier to write things down, then to put on your phone, in an app, that you might forget all about.

I know that I have a bit more Life Hacks, but I will have to think on it & come back w/ a reply... my brain is at the time of the say where it just wants to relax 😀

    Thank you Kelly!

    1. Does anyone take omega-3s to help? An article and study came out today saying fish oil may help.
You can check your levels at www.omegabloodscore.com and find out if you are low.
Apparently fish oil helps protect the myelin nerve endings.

      1. I take it all the time,it does the body great.

      2. Thanks for the tip. I'll give it a try.

    2. I need an electronic device to help stay same Please if you have anything I could use please let me know!!

      1. . I also have a robo vac - it makes my life Much easier; I love it. Another thing is that I haven't ironed anything for a very long time. If you wash your clothes and then take them out of the washer instantly and put each item on a hanger, they never need ironing! I bought my Robo-vac with the money I saved on cashback 😀

        1. Yep, ironing definitely a thing of the past.

        2. Kayleigh, I put things away fresh from the washer, not the dryer! I haven't got a dryer or an iron hahaha. Who can afford a dryer at the moment anyway lol.
