, it sounds like you could be dealing with the MS Hug, like Kayleigh mentioned, although I can't say for certain. Our members find ways to manage their hugs. Some use heat, some use ice. Some use deep breathing or stretches or even dietary changes. It really varies from person to person as to what works. I would definitely talk to your doctor about what you are experiencing, if you haven't done so already.
