Managing pain/discomfort

I meditate, decrease energy use age by using a w/c whenever I can, and distract from the pain/discomfort in reading, volunteering, watching a movie, tv, listening to a book/podcast.

    1. I know you made this post some months ago, but I wanted to see how you have been doing lately, . I think your list of ways to manage your pain and discomfort is comprehensive and spot on! While I hope you haven't had to turn to this list often since August, I do love that you have all these "tools" in your toolbox when the pain does come!
