, I know finding that "sweet spot", temperature wise, can be a real challenge! Is your MS the only condition you deal with? Sometimes, when a person has more than one chronic condition, that makes things like regulating body temperature even more complex than it already is. You'll definitely want to make sure something else (besides your MS) is causing the issues (if you haven't done so already). I know our members have shared a lot of different tips, from wearing more (or less) clothes to moving to a more temperate part of the country. Really, it's about finding what works for you, which I know is much easier said than done when it comes to MS. Because, what works one day may not work the next!
Also, I thought you could relate to this post (and the dozens of community member comments following it) on trying to find that perfect 'Goldilocks' temperature when you live with MS -- https://multiplesclerosis.net/living-with-ms/temperature. And here's another piece focusing more on fluctuating temperatures and how it can affect MS. Check out the many member comments at the end for some possible tips and tricks to try -- https://multiplesclerosis.net/living-with-ms/battle-against-fluctuating-temperatures.
I hope this helps and I do wish I had one clear, easy solution that would work for you all of the time, but, as you know, MS just doesn't play fair!
