That's a great question.
It is quite common to have more than one auto-immune disease.
Many in this community have been diagnosed with both RA and MS.

thank you. I was told by my dr that my mild arthritis has developed into RA in my hands, hips, lumbar, and right shoulder and elbow... so, basically, all over. I am already in pain all the time but, it's scary knowing it is going to get much worse. Does that make sense? Thank you for the article.
